It was a spectacular day of croquet at the highest level with two fiercely competitive semifinals. In the first match, Felix Webby, the 17-year old phenom from New Zealand took Egypt's Ahmed Nasr to the limit in a thrilling five-game match with both player's superb shot-making on display. Nasr was able to hold on and propel himself into tomorrow's showdown with 5-7, 7-2, 7-4, 6-7, 7-4 win where he will face South Africa's Reg Bamford for the third time in a World Championship final.

The schedule marched on for day three of the 2016 USCA Golf Croquet National Championship at the National Croquet Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, with the all of the events slimming down to only finalists for tomorrow's final day.

The second day of the USCA's 2016 Golf Croquet National Championship at the National Croquet Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, was just as jam-packed with action as day one. In fact, doubles games under the lights were still under way when I left the NCC around 8:00 p.m. And there did seem to be one player protesting the extended action.

Day one of the 2016 USCA Golf Croquet National Championship at the National Croquet Center kicked off today in West Palm Beach, FLorida with a full slate of games. One late withdrawal in Championship Flight meant last minute adjustments to the four blocks, but everything appeared to run smoothly throughout the day.
