Visit the Store A few media sources are "reporting" that St. John's took the annual Annapolis Cup event. One is indicating a score of 3-1, which doesn't explain what happened to the fifth game. With the win, St. John's now leads the series 24-5 over Navy. The Johnnies have now taken six straight over Navy.
The main thrust of the media articles is that croquet is either silly or boring and the event is strictly about the party. As the largest croquet spectator event in the world, it creates quite a dilemma for this outlet -- if it's just a party should I be covering it? I haven't resolved that one yet.
